NOMINATION & APPLICATION PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE

You need the following documents for your KNUST online Exchange Programme Application.

  • Passport picture size (green background, 470 × 470 pixels, jpg format)
  • Passport Biodata-page (pdf format)
  • Statement of purpose (for postgraduate applicants)
  • Birth certificate (optional)

The KNUST application link will be opened for a stated duration. Failure to apply before the
deadline will mean that you cannot participate in the Exchange Programme at KNUST.

  • Go to: https://www.knust.edu.gh/ > Apply Now > Generate Logins
  • Type your email address
  •  For Admission Group, select that which is applicable (Undergraduate International

Applicant / Postgraduate International Applicant)

  • Proceed to Generate Login
  • Check your email for further instructions

Complete your application and email the final printout to the International Programmes Office,
KNUST at ipo@knust.edu.gh for processing.
