Application Process

Submit the following documents to the International Programmes Office (IPO), KNUST at ipo@knust.edu.gh 

  • Letter of support from Department at home university
  • Letter of Motivation
  • Curriculum Vitae or Résumé
  • Passport Biodata-page
  • Official Academic Transcript  
  • NB:  All documents should be sent in PDF format with a suitable title specifying your name and type of document (eg: Name_Portfolio)

Selection Process     

After receiving the application documents, the International Programmes Office with the respective Departments at KNUST reviews all applications, and selected applicants will be notified of their acceptance to KNUST via email 2 -3 weeks after the application deadline.

Successful applicants will proceed to complete the KNUST online application for the Exchange Programmme.

All courses are taught in English

Proof of English Proficiency(TOEFL, IELTS)

We recommend B1 in English
