King Mswati III engaged in colourful meeting rich in tradition and culture with Eswatini students at KNUST

As part of his official visit to KNUST, King Mswati III met 10 Eswatini students, majority of whom are Mastercard Scholars, studying various programmes in science and technology at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Having expressed delight in seeing students from Eswatinini at KNUST, he advised them to work hard and make the most of the opportunity they have.

In a very colourful meeting rich in traditions and Eswatini culture, the students expressed their delight and awe in meeting their King and prayed that this would make their country more visible to Ghanaians.

The Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof David Asamoah, Principal Investigator of the Mastercard Scholars Programme, Prof Kofi Owusi Daaku, the Dean of the International Programmes Office, Prof. Daniel Y. A. Duah, Deputy Registrar for University Relations, Dr. Daniel Norris Bekoe with support from a cross section of the University graced the occasion.
