On Wednesday, April 2, 2025 the International Programmes Office (IPO), in collaboration with Women in STEM Ghana (WiSTEM Ghana) at KNUST, successfully held a capacity-building workshop for newly employed senior members (2023 to present) at the Gardener Conference Room, Great Hall at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
The event, themed "Strategic Career Mastery: Navigating the New World of Work," featured inspiring sessions facilitated by Mrs. Millicent Clarke, retired Regional Head of HR for Standard Chartered Africa and Middle East. Attendees gained invaluable insights on career management, personal branding, and professional growth.
The workshop was well-attended, with participants praising the impactful and engaging delivery.
