Professor Ambrose Doodo of Linnaeus University, Sweden Call on Vice-Dean Of International Programmes Office

Professor Ambrose Doodo, a Professor in Building and Energy Technology at the Department of Building Technology, Linnaeus University, Sweden and an Alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has called on the Vice-Dean of the International Programmes Office (IPO), Prof. Esmeranda Manful on 3rd July, 2023.

The purpose of his visit was to explore the establishment of collaborations between the two institutions. Having a strong international profile with 1,600 international students every year and 750 partner universities in more than 60 countries, Linnaeus University hopes to explore possible collaboration with KNUST.

On behalf of the Vice-Chancellor and Management of KNUST, Professor Manful welcomed him to KNUST, the best University in the world for SDG 4 - Quality Education according to the Times Higher Education for 2023. She expressed IPO’s commitment in facilitating quality international collaborations between KNUST and other institutions. She wished Prof. Dodoo a fruitful stay in Ghana.

Present at the meeting were Professor Christian Koranteng of the Department of Architecture and Mrs. Yvonne Baiden, Assistant Registrar of the International Programmes Office.
