The Vice Chancellor of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Professor Mrs. Rita Akosua Dickson yesterday commissioned the refurbished offices for the Confucius Institute at KNUST. She was assisted by Prof. Wang Xiao, President of Hubei University of Automotive Technology, China; Professor Daniel Y. A. Duah, Ghanaian Director of the Institute and Professor Su Zibo, Chinese Director.
The offices have spaces for the two directors, the deputy directors, Administrators, Finance Officer, Conference Room, Offices for 8 teachers, a reception and a kitchenette among others.
Both leaders showed their delight at the quality of design and work and appreciated the immense work output of the Institute barely two years into their operations.
It would be revealed that the Confucius Institute at KNUST was inaugurated on December 19, 2023 at the Great Hall, KNUST.
