DEAN, IPO VISITS COLLEGES OF ENGINEERING AND NURSING AT SOUTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY, USA

As part of the official visit to South Dakota State University, the Dean of International Programmes, Prof. Daniel Duah and Hospital Pharmacist, Dr. Ebenezer Asamoah Nyarkoh have visited the Colleges of Engineering and Nursing to explore opportunities for collaboration between the two universities.

At the College of Engineering, the discussions were led by the Dean, Prof. Sanjeev Kumar and Associate Dean for Research and Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Prof. Rajesh Kavasseri. The discussions at Nursing programme which is over 90 years old was led by the Dean, Prof. Mary Anne Krogh.

Opportunities for scholarships, staff and student exchanges and joint research were discussed. Partners in respective Colleges at KNUST would complete the discussions ahead of the planned expanded MOU.
