Prof. Emmanuel Kodzi of the Rollins College Of Liberal Arts, Florida, USA, Call on Dean of International Programmes Office

Professor Emmanuel Kodzi, an Associate Professor in International Business, with specialty in Operations, Supply Chain and Statistics and an Alumnus of KNUST, has called on the Dean of the International Programmes Office, Prof. Daniel Duah, on June 05, 2023.

Founded in November 1885, Rollins College of Liberal Arts is a private College in Winter Park, Orlando, Florida with 30 undergraduate majors and several Master's programmes.

Prof. Kodzi, in his interaction with the Dean, stated that the purpose of his visit was to make preparations towards an intended visit to Ghana with a number of students in May 2024. He was hopeful that the visit would have an educational and cultural impact on the students.

On behalf of the Vice-Chancellor and Management of the University, Prof. Duah welcomed him back to KNUST, a leading Science and Technology University in Africa and the best University in the World for Quality Education (SDG Goal 4) for 2023 according to the Times Higher Education. He gave an overview of the organizational structures of KNUST and her internationalization goals.

Prof. Duah was excited about Prof. Kodzi’s proposed visit and stated that he looked forward to welcoming the team to KNUST. He praised Prof. Kodzi for his vision to give back to his Alma Mater in this regard.

Present at the meeting was Mrs. Yvonne Baiden, Assistant Registrar at the International Programmes Office.
